Director of Lacrosse

Ethan LaHoda's career embodies a lifelong dedication to advancing lacrosse and cultivating its future stars. As the CEO & Founder of Synergy Sports Operations, he has spearheaded a robust network for player development. His commitment to expanding the sport is evident in the foundational work for Rocky Mountain Rattlers Lacrosse, Northern Power Lacrosse, LGC Athletics, RoughRiders Lacrosse, and Team 91 Northside. Beyond administration, LaHoda brings 10 years of high school coaching experience directly to the training of young athletes. His own remarkable journey, including two MCLA National Championships and All-State honors at Monarch High School, solidifies his expertise.

All-American Face-off Specialist

As the Director of Sports Performance at LGC Athletics, Coach Roach brings over a decade of experience in developing athletes. His expertise is rooted in personal success, having achieved All-American honors and winning two collegiate lacrosse national championships at Colorado State University. An US Army Veteran, they leverage discipline and strategic thinking to cultivate top-tier athletic talent.

Director of Youth Lacrosse and Community Outreach

Will Roberts brings over 9 years of lacrosse experience and 7 years of dedicated coaching to the field. As the Director of Youth Lacrosse and Community Outreach for Rocky Mountain Rattlers Lacrosse, he is instrumental in expanding the sport's reach and developing young talent. His foundational playing experience includes competing at both Monarch High School and Northern Arizona University

Defensive Specialist

Sam Riecken is an accomplished Senior Defenseman at Yale University with a stellar playing career and a passion for coaching. A 2022 USILA All-American and a two-time First Team All-State selection (2021, 2022) from Monarch High School, Sam was also recognized as BOCO Prep Boys Player of the Year and selected for the Nike All-Star Game. With over four years of club-level coaching experience, he brings a wealth of defensive knowledge and strategic insight to player development. Sam excels at breaking down complex concepts, helping athletes master fundamental techniques and build confidence on the field

Offensive Specialist

Flynn Leonard brings a remarkable athletic and coaching background to the field. As an All-American and Academic All-American, he excelled both athletically and academically. He was a 4-year Varsity starter and 2-year Varsity captain, demonstrating his leadership and consistent performance. With over 4 years of coaching experience, Flynn has continued to contribute to the sport, also serving as a Global Ambassador for the sport of lacrosse.

Offensive Specialist

Coach Wade brings over a decade of dedicated experience in lacrosse, culminating in his current role as the Offensive Coordinator for the Varsity Lacrosse team at Monarch High School in Superior, Colorado. His distinguished playing career includes earning First-Team All-Conference honors as a midfielder during his tenure at the University of Northern Colorado. Coach Wade's coaching philosophy is firmly rooted in the principles of effort, execution, collaborative teamwork, and a respect for the foundational traditions of the sport. He is committed to cultivating a dynamic and challenging environment that promotes both athletic and personal development among his players. Recognizing the significant expansion of lacrosse during his involvement, Coach Wade is passionate about sustaining this growth and actively shaping the future generation of the sport.

Defensive Specialist

Coach Roland Moellenberg brings a strong defensive mindset to the field, currently serving in his fifth year as the Defensive Coordinator at Fairview High School, his alma mater (FHS Class of 2017). A recognized leader in the coaching community, he was honored as a 91 National Coach. Moellenberg's own playing career saw him as a four-year starter at McGill University.

Defensive Specialist

Nick Voigt brings a wealth of experience to his role as Head Coach at Boulder High School. His playing career was marked by significant achievements, including being named to the CCC West All-Conference Team and CIAC Second Team All-State during his time at William H. Hall High School in CT. Voigt's collegiate playing days saw him compete for both LaSalle College and Clark University. Beyond his playing career, he has also held a coaching position as the former Defensive Coordinator at Clark University, further solidifying his strategic understanding of the game
